The room was dope, with fresh vibes and super clean. The staff was chill and hooked us up with real coffee every day. Plus, the location was lit, close to the craft fair and the major concert venue. Can't wait to stay here again!
One thing we would ask for is a better sound system in the room, so we could turn up the tunes and have a sick pre-party before hitting the town. Other than that, our stay was epic!

Room was nice and warm, bed was particularly nice - I slept like a baby which is rare for when I'm in a hotel room.
Small bowls which meant when I wanted cereal with my breakfast I had to get up three times before I was full... Same for the glasses of juice - glasses to small argh!

I had an amazing stay at this modern hotel! The room was beautifully updated and spacious, with a well-appointed kitchenette and a lovely bathroom. The rechargeable LED light in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, making it easy to navigate in the dark.
The only downside to this hotel was that my room was on the ground floor and the only window faced the footpath to the other rooms. So, I couldn't keep the curtains open without everyone passing by seeing inside.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and kind and had information about the city. Also, the locality was nice and all the basic amenities in the room were very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Aurora On George was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, making us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The highlight was definitely the glorious shower, providing the perfect temperature and powerful spray. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a generous beverage box, including the best hotel coffee we've ever had. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk to downtown and right by the university campus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The hotel also had good internet access and convenient power outlets. I highly recommend Aurora On George for a perfect stay in Dunedin.

Magazines in rooms are a nice relaxing touch after a busy day
Indaequate sound proofing on the upstairs walkway - this time I was located on the ground floor and the noise of people walking up and down the passage way above my head was very disruptive when Iw as trying to sleep. I would recommend some serious sound proof material be installed for the sake of downstairs guest comfort

The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. The staff here provided excellent hospitality, with friendly and helpful check-in/out service. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. In addition, the hotel offered a range of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and air conditioning, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and convenient.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families in need of a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

Only a short walk into the city and liked the modern bathroom in the unit
The room looks in need of modernising and the dinner menu while fancy was lacking more basic, hearty meals
